Small Sea Gem Pot

My Sea Gem pots draw inspiration from Cornwall’s captivating sea landscapes with graceful curves and contours in the form and features a blend of blue glazes that evoke the varied hues of the sea. The glazes have been applied in a way that creates a dynamic effect, reminiscent of the ebb and flow of ocean waves. It encapsulates the magic of the ocean’s depths and the enduring allure of uncovering hidden treasures.
To enhance its tactile appeal, carved lines have been created and slip-trailed dots have been carefully added, creating a textured surface that invites touch.
Wheel thrown on a traditional Leach kick wheel and from local stoneware clay.
My maker’s mark is stamped on the base. 
Measuring approx 8cm tall. 2cm neck diameter. 4cm base diameter.
